VRV / VRF Engineer – Data Centres, Critical Cooling & Chiller Progression (Training Provided)\n\nLocation: UK Nationwide (Field-Based, with occasional European travel)\nSalary: DOE + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Standby (OTE £70K+)\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nOverview\n\nA leading global provider of HVAC, VRV/VRF and Critical Cooling Systems is seeking an experienced VRV / VRF Engineer to join their advanced service division. You’ll work across data centres, mission-critical environments, and large corporate sites while progressing into industrial chillers and large-scale cooling systems.\n\nFull manufacturer training is provided, including a two‑week technical programme at the company’s European headquarters in Venice, Italy.\n\nThis is an ideal step for an HVAC engineer aiming to move into high‑value data centre cooling and chiller engineering.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nService, maintain and fault-find VRV / VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Panasonic etc.)\nSupport and train towards servicing industrial chillers and critical cooling systems\nDiagnose mechanical, electrical, controls and refrigeration faults\nWork on systems within data centres and mission‑critical facilities\nInterface with BMS, controls and monitoring platforms\nAssist with commissioning, upgrades and improvement projects\nProduce accurate service reports, documentation and site records\nDeliver professional customer service and onsite technical support\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nProven experience working on VRV / VRF air conditioning systems\nStrong diagnostic and fault‑finding ability\nF‑Gas Category 1 certification\nSolid mechanical and electrical understanding\nDesire to progress into chiller engineering and critical cooling\nFull UK driving licence\n\nDesirable\n\nExperience working within data centres or critical environments\nExposure to BMS / controls systems\nAny chiller, HVAC plant or industrial cooling experience\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\nCompetitive salary depending on experience\nDoor-to-door travel paid\nOvertime + standby payments (OTE £70K+)\nCompany van, tools, mobile phone and uniform\nFull manufacturer training at HQ in Venice, Italy\nClear career progression into Chiller Engineer / Critical Cooling Specialist\n20 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nStep into the fast‑growing data centre cooling sector\nGain manufacturer-level training in advanced chiller technologies\nJoin a globally recognised HVAC manufacturer\nLong-term progression into specialist, high-value engineering roles\n‘INDLON
