Our client, a pioneer in next-generation digital infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery and ongoing service operations across a portfolio of hyperscale data centre projects. This role is critical in ensuring seamless customer engagement, operational excellence, and long-term client satisfaction in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.
The Role
The Account Delivery Manager will act as the primary interface for clients, ensuring the delivery of build-to-suit, hosting, and network services meets contractual commitments, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer expectations. The successful candidate will lead project delivery from construction through to operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality, manage risk, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project delivery and service operations.
- Oversee services across data centre build-to-suit, hosting, and network operations.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre construction and customisation projects.
- Manage project schedules, quality, costs, and risks; escalate issues where needed.
- Ensure SLA compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous service improvement.
- Coordinate internal resources and lead virtual teams to meet customer expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, audits, ITIL standards, and project processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or account management within data centres, telecom, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of data centre construction, fit-out, or operations.
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, mediate issues, and build trusted relationships.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-changing environments.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
