Electrical-Biased Tender Manager (Data Centre Projects, Norway & Austria) \nLocation: London, UK \nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Electrical-Biased Tender Manager to support data centre projects across Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on leading the tendering process for electrical packages, ensuring accurate cost, technical compliance, and alignment with project objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the preparation and submission of tenders for electrical packages on international data centre projects.\n\nReview designs and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and technical compliance.\n\nCollaborate with commercial, project, and engineering teams to gather required inputs for tenders.\n\nAnalyze risks, assumptions, and constraints associated with tender submissions.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.\n\nProvide guidance and support to junior commercial or estimations staff where applicable.\nRequirements:\n\nStrong electrical background, ideally with hands-on experience in design, installation, or commissioning.\n\nProven experience in tendering and bid management, preferably in large-scale data centre, industrial, or MEP projects.\n\nExcellent understanding of cost estimation, commercial management, and procurement processes.\n\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.\n\nBased in London, with flexibility to liaise with international teams and stakeholders.\nDesirable:\n\nExperience working on European projects, particularly in Norway and Austria.\n\nFamiliarity with data centre electrical systems and standards
