Key Responsibilities\n

- Formulate and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, client history, and presenting issues, setting structured therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients.
- Provide psychotherapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques that best fit client needs.
- Engage clients in both individual and virtual group therapy sessions, employing innovative therapeutic strategies to create an interactive and healing environment.
- Document thorough and accurate clinical notes encompassing initial evaluations, treatment progress, and summary notes in a timely fashion using our integrated practice management software.
- Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and adapting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments of client progress and feedback.
- Promote a safe and supportive counseling atmosphere, encouraging clients to openly communicate their feelings and challenges without judgment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
