Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all clinical services delivered, including initial assessments, progress notes, and summary reports, ensuring they adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for all patient records, working within legal and ethical guidelines.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct detailed diagnostic assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique psychological needs.
- Provide psychotherapy through both in-person sessions and telehealth platforms, adapting therapeutic approaches based on client preferences and requirements.
- Develop and implement personalized interventions and therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, measuring the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
