HR Support Specialist – Graduate - Singapore
Our client, a global leader in digital infrastructure, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is key to delivering efficient and consistent HR processes, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality service to employees and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
The HR Support Specialist will be responsible for managing HR administration from onboarding through to promotions and transfers, maintaining accurate HR data, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. The successful candidate will also support benefits administration, contribute to HR transformation initiatives, and play a role in streamlining processes for improved efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Manage HR administration for onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and promotions.
- Oversee orientation logistics and ensure smooth employee experiences.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure timely updates.
- Generate reports for statutory and analytical purposes.
- Support benefit administration including enrolments, claims, and queries.
- Ensure compliance with labour law and data privacy requirements.
Employee Support & Case Management
- Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR transformation initiatives and system implementations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma qualification or above; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure.
