This is a full time role in Finland.\n\n What’s on Offer\n\nHighly competitive package including bonuses\n\nLong-term pipeline of major European data centre projects\n\nOpportunity to work client-side on flagship developments\n\nSenior leadership position with full project ownership\n\nIdeal candidate \n\nProven experience delivering hyperscale or large data centre projects end-to-end\n\nStrong background in construction, engineering, or project delivery (contractor, consultancy, or client-side)\n\nDemonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and senior project managers\n\nDeep understanding of commissioning, MEP systems, and integrated testing processes\n\nExperience working on complex, high-value, mission-critical environments\n\nAble to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels\n\nWillingness to be based full-time in Finland\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data centre projects from greenfield through to commissioning and handover\n\nManage and mentor a team of Project Managers and wider delivery teams\n\nOversee programme, cost, quality, and risk across multiple projects or campuses\n\nDrive contractor and consultant performance to meet project objectives\n\nEnsure successful commissioning, integrated systems testing, and client handover\n\nAct as the key interface between stakeholders, contractors, and internal leadership\n\nImplement best practices in project delivery, governance, and reporting\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of age, , , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, race, or belief, , or .
