Project Manager

Our client, a global leader in data centre and critical environment services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects across a fast-paced and high-profile portfolio. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and design through to execution, handover, and closeout, with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.

 

The Role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple real estate and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and supply partners, the successful candidate will provide project leadership, risk management, and governance while delivering innovative solutions in a demanding environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of project delivery: scope, planning, design, execution, and closeout.
  • Define resources, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.
  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Implement project governance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
  • Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams.
  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deliver innovative solutions that align with client and business objectives.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5–8 years’ project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering projects in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
  • Experience in data centre projects (M&E, fabric or whitespace) highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost control.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
