QA/QC Manager - Data Center Mission Critical

Privately held general contractor is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and direct project quality activities on large-scale construction projects in Oklahoma. This role supports the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, reliably, and in full compliance with design and quality standards.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing and managing project-specific quality plans, driving issue resolution, and ensuring systems and documentation are executed accurately throughout the life of the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans
• Lead and direct project quality activities and issue resolution
• Participate in submittal review and schedule review processes
• Develop and manage BIM360 platforms (participants, checklists, issues, observations)
• Maintain QC documentation including checklists, site reports, and issue logs
• Coordinate QA/QC requirements and reporting
• Conduct QC reporting and inspections
• Participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
• Initiate and track RFIs
• Support change management and change order processes
• Track and inspect material deliveries
• Assist with project permitting and procurement processes
• Update schedules based on field progress and material delivery
• Assist with project close-out and documentation
• Maintain accurate contract and quality documentation
• Enforce environmental, health, and safety policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience on large commercial construction projects
• Experience managing QA/QC processes in complex environments
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications
• Experience with BIM360
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead quality efforts in technical construction environments
• Data center or mission-critical experience a plus
