About the Role
\n
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to build and lead our North American supply chain and procurement operations from the ground up. You will be responsible for establishing the local supplier network, managing end-to-end logistics, and ensuring seamless material flow to support our data center HVAC service projects across the U.S. This is a 0-to-1 role – ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, negotiating deals, and scaling operations.

What You'll Do

Procurement & Supplier Management
\n

- Build and manage the U.S. supplier network, including ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) and material vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, and contract with ASPs across key regions; maintain a qualified supplier pool to support project demands.
- Procure HVAC parts, consumables, tools, and project-specific materials.
- Establish frame agreements and long-term contracts for high-frequency purchases to reduce costs.
- Conduct supplier qualification reviews (compliance, safety, technical capability) and regular performance evaluations.
- Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQ, PO issuance, order tracking, delivery, and invoice reconciliation.
- Drive cost control initiatives and deliver monthly procurement analysis reports.
- Enforce procurement compliance and supplier data confidentiality policies.

Logistics & Warehousing
\n

- Oversee cross-border logistics (ocean, air, international courier) and U.S. domestic freight operations.
- Manage shipping, customs clearance, duty payment, and last-mile delivery across the U.S.
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics plans to reduce costs across Texas, California, and North Carolina.
- Handle logistics exceptions including delays, damage, and lost shipments to ensure reliable delivery.
- Lead 0-to-1 setup of three U.S. warehouses – site selection, layout design, process setup, and daily operations.
- Develop warehouse SOPs covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory cycle counts.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to align logistics with project schedules.

What You Bring
\n
Required
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in engineering services or equipment procurement.
- Proven experience in supplier development and contract negotiation.
- Solid understanding of the full procurement lifecycle (sourcing, bidding, contracting, order tracking, reconciliation).
- Hands-on experience with international trade and logistics (freight forwarding, customs clearance).
- Strong analytical skills with Excel or procurement systems for cost analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills for supplier and carrier negotiations.
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving capabilities.

- Procurement experience in data center, HVAC, or mechanical services industries.
- Familiarity with ASP networks and partnership models across U.S. regions.
- Experience setting up warehousing and logistics from scratch.

Pay Range
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
