EHS Manager

Our client, a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centres across Asia Pacific, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programmes across mission-critical facilities. With the business expanding rapidly across international markets, this role is key to ensuring compliance, risk management, and a culture of safety throughout operations.

 

The Role

The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing robust EHS policies and programmes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role involves leading risk assessments, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and delivering training to promote a safe and sustainable working environment. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to embed safety as a core part of the organisation’s culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and programmes.
  • Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and management reports.
  • Deliver training on EHS practices and emergency procedures.
  • Partner with leadership and departments to drive a strong safety culture.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in EHS management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
