Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital infrastructure, is seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to support daily IT operations and gain hands-on experience in enterprise technology services. The Role

The IT Intern will assist the IT team in providing technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth delivery of technology services across the business. The role offers exposure to real-world IT operations, including infrastructure projects, troubleshooting, and administration of enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT helpdesk and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with laptop/desktop setup and configuration for new employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and migration projects.
• Assist in creating user guides and delivering basic training.

Learning Opportunities

• Exposure to enterprise IT operations and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience in system administration (Windows, Active Directory).
• Understanding ITIL processes, incident, and change management.

Candidate Profile
